From the Northern State,
to the world.

Golden Stone Investments has worked the land along the Nawa road in Sudan's Northern State for years — patient farming, careful selection, and a quiet belief that a potato, properly grown, doesn't need much help to become something marvellous.

Shibsy is what that belief tastes like. A crisp golden chip and a perfect fry, made from potatoes we know by name — sliced, fried in sunflower oil, and packed for people who appreciate the small, good things.

Potatoes grown on our farms along Nawa road in the Northern State of Sudan — same soil, same patience, year after year.

Each crop is brought in at the right moment — never rushed, never left too long. Picked when they're ready, not when it's convenient.

Only the cleanest, firmest potatoes make it through. The rest go back to the field. Standards over volume, every time.

Prepare

Sliced thin for the chips, cut straight for the fries. Cooked in sunflower oil, or blanched and frozen — whichever the product calls for.
